Vacancy: Digital Marketer

Are you a Digital Marketer who excels in figures and conclusions, and can make recommendations to your colleagues and the management team? Then this role is for you. You are responsible for technical marketing and participate in various programs. Requirements:

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Experience in technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.). Experience with Shopify is a plus. Availability for 24 to 40 hours per week. Characteristics:

Customer Service Boss

We are currently looking for customer service representatives who are ready for a little more depth. Join our young and enterprising team where you will quickly take on responsibilities. You will independently manage and further develop our customer service department.

Responsibilities:

Handling incoming telephone and email traffic in Dutch and English. Developing appropriate solutions for complaints or questions regarding our record players. Organizing returns with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, among others). Report and provide feedback on notable customer cases. Requirements:

Education level MBO, HBO. Available for 16 - 24 hours per week. Experience in customer service is an advantage, but not required. Proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English. What We Offer:
